Credential Request Form

Requests must be made by 12pm Wednesday of game week.  Credentials will be confirmed or denied via email by Wednesday afternoon of game week.

  • Each media outlet representative can request credentials by filling out the Credentials Request Form (above.)

  • Credential requests will be accepted for writers, photographers and videographers of professional media publications (newspapers, television stations, websites.)  To qualify as a media outlet for football credentials, the media outlet must be able to show that it has provided content from PISD games in the past that is not based solely in social media (Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and is not part of a recruiting site or simply game highlights or video productions for individual players.  A media entity that has not covered PISD events in the past must be able to show that it has created regularly updated content from events that is not based solely in social media.

  • Recruiting-related organizations will be denied sideline access, unless those recruiting organizations can show created content related to high school athletics and events beyond recruiting-focused lists, updates, rankings and reports. 

     

  • Plano ISD and Plano ISD Athletics retains the rights to use photos/video footage produced for our own promotional purposes free of charge.  

  • Please be advised that submission of this credential request does not automatically ensure approval.  

  • Requested passes can be picked up at the Home Side Media Entrance located to the right of the ticket booth.

  • No photographers or videographers in press box

  • No media allowed in Coach/Team/Staff sideline box.

Scouting

  • Maximum of 3 scouts per high school affiliation.  Coaches need to make accommodations at least 48 hours in advance.  A THSCA pass will allow access to the game, but not access to the pressbox.

     

  • Press box access will only be allowed for those scouting a team that appears no more than 2 games later on schedule.

     

  • Request accommodations with the Credentials Request Form (above.)  There will be no admittance if your name is not on the credential list. 

     

Broadcasts And Streaming

  • All games will be live streamed on NFHSnetwork.com and can be viewed with a paid subscription.   Credentials for visiting teams' radio crews can be obtained by filling out the form here.  Other requests for radio broadcasts will be considered when space is available at the venue.
